mc inventory delete deletes an existing inventory configuration from a bucket. For running jobs, AIStor stops the job within approximately 10 seconds of deletion. This command has the following aliases: mc inventory remove mc inventory rm mc inventory del Deleting an inventory configuration immediately and permanently removes all associated data, including it’s YAML definition, stored metadata, and scheduling information for the job. It does not remove nor affect previously generated output files or partially generated files from deleting a job mid-run.

mc inventory get retrieves an existing inventory configuration from a bucket. The command displays the configuration details including the bucket name, configuration ID, owner, and the complete YAML definition. Syntax Example The following command retrieves an inventory configuration:

The mc idp ldap commands allow you to manage configurations to 3rd party Active Directory or LDAP Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations. AIStor supports multiple named LDAP configurations, allowing you to integrate with different directory services or organizational units within your environment. Multiple LDAP Configurations Support for multiple LDAP configurations requires AIStor Server version RELEASE.2025-12-20T04-58-37Z or later and AIStor Client (mc) version RELEASE.2025-12-19T20-11-44Z or later. The mc idp ldap commands are an alternative to using environment variables when setting up an AD/LDAP connection. They are only supported for AIStor clusters.
