The mc replicate resync-backlog command triggers replication for backlogged objects by performing HeadObject operations on each unreplicated version. Use this command when replication is stuck or when you need to manually trigger replication for objects with PENDING or FAILED replication status. Syntax Example The following command triggers replication for all backlogged objects in the mybucket bucket on the myaistor alias:

The mc idp openid accesskey rm deletes the specified access key from the local server. mc idp openid accesskey rm is also known as mc idp openid accesskey remove. This command works against access keys created by an OIDC user after authenticating to MinIO AIStor. Authenticated users can manage their own long-term Access Keys using the MinIO AIStor Console. MinIO AIStor supports using AssumeRoleWithWebIdentity to generate temporary access keys using the Security Token Service.

The mc ilm rule command and its subcommands configure the rules used to transition objects between storage tiers in MinIO AIStor’s Lifecycle Management. Before creating rules with this command, use mc ilm tier and its subcommands to create the tier or tiers of other object storage locations where objects move. For more information, see the overview of lifecycle management. Subcommands mc ilm rule includes the following subcommands:

mc inventory delete deletes an existing inventory configuration from a bucket. For running jobs, MinIO AIStor stops the job within approximately 10 seconds of deletion. This command has the following aliases: mc inventory remove mc inventory rm mc inventory del Deleting an inventory configuration immediately and permanently removes all associated data, including it’s YAML definition, stored metadata, and scheduling information for the job. It does not remove nor affect previously generated output files or partially generated files from deleting a job mid-run.

mc inventory get retrieves an existing inventory configuration from a bucket. The command displays the configuration details including the bucket name, configuration ID, owner, and the complete YAML definition. Syntax Example The following command retrieves an inventory configuration:

The mc share download command generates a temporary presigned URL with integrated access credentials for downloading objects from an MinIO AIStor bucket. The temporary URL expires after a configurable time limit. Applications can perform a GET to retrieve the object from the URL. Users can open the URL in a browser to download the object. The mc legalhold clear command removes the current legal hold setting for an object or objects. Syntax Removing the legal hold on object(s) does not remove any other GOVERNANCE Mode and COMPLIANCE Mode retention settings in place for the object(s) Example The following command removes the legal hold on all objects in the mydata bucket on the myaistor server.
